I have just placed my order. What happens next?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with purchase details. You can view your order status via email or by logging into your account.

Estimated shipping dates for each product are listed in your order status. Your order will ship once all items are ready and available in our warehouse. Please note that made-to-order or back-ordered items may require additional time.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order’s journey to your home.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) via email here and we will do our best to complete your request.

Note that changes, cancellations, and returns are not permitted for made-to-order items.

 

How can I track my order?


If you're experiencing any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service here. Please include your order number or invoice number in your e-mail. That way we have the best requisites to solving your problem quickly.

 

I have received a damaged or wrong product, what should I do?

If your package or its contents are damaged upon delivery, please notify the shipment provider immediately.

If the products arrive in a damaged state, contact our Customer Care Team for assistance no later than 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

· A picture of the damaged product.

· Photos of the product packaging, shipping packaging, and packing materials.

· Your order number.

We will guide you through the claims process and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

What happens if I don't collect/receive my order?

If you do not collect or refuse the delivery of your order, the parcel may not be automatically returned to us. In some cases, it could be destroyed by the courier or customs authorities.Refused deliveries that are destroyed are the full responsibility of the customer, and we cannot issue refunds in such cases.If the parcel is not destroyed and is successfully returned to us, you will receive a refund for the products, minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and you may also be charged for the return shipment.
