Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is free whenever possible at formiing.com. 

All shipments to the following countries will be delivered Duties Paid(DDP): Australia, Canada, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland, South Korea, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, and all European Union countries. You can upgrade your shipping method to express delivery, please get in touch here to request a quotation. No additional charges upon delivery, all applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order total and prepaid. 


We process your order as quickly as possible. All made to order products will be dispatched in 30-45 days. 

Delivery time estimates will be provided once the product is added to your cart and during the checkout process. Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons or holidays. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

formiing.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

When will my order be dispatched or shipped?

Before placing an order:
You can check the estimated dispatch date and period from the shopping cart page at the time of checkout.
The estimated dispatch date will vary depending on the specific seller, so please check before ordering.

After placing an order:
You can check the estimated dispatch date and the shipping status of your order by going to your My Page> Order History> Order Details.

Shipping Status Stages:
・[Order Received]: The order has been placed.
・[Preparing for Dispatch]: The order has been confirmed and is preparing for shipment.
・[Dispatched]: The order has been dispatched.

 Once dispatched you can track your order online by using the tracking number and links provided in the email confirmation you received.
